CeProSARD organized a training on Consumer Psychology and Social Media Marketing as part of the project “Fostering Rural and Environmental Tourism through Smart Tourist Information Centres / FRET-STIC “

On 10th & 11th of Mach, 2020, the training was organized as part of the project “Fostering Rural and Environmental Tourism through Smart Tourist Information Centres / FRET-STIC “, with the Title of training: “Training on Consumer psychology and social media marketing” conducted by Dr. Krste Maljanovski and Mr. Jovan Stoimenovski, at the Smart Building Solutions premises and the whole session lasted for two days.

The main objectives behind the training on Consumer psychology and Social media marketing is to get the participants from Tetovo and Prizren to learn the essential knowledge for consumer psychology and social media marketing. It will help them on daily activities in order to understand what to focus when managing their work, specially the communication with stockholders and tourists.

There were several facilitation techniques used by the trainer which included questions and answer, brainstorming, group discussions, case study discussions and practical implementation, also there was presentation from one company dealing with Virtual Reality, and 3D space scanning.
